Orchestrated a high-energy grand opening weekend featuring captivating decorations, engaging social media posts, and a strategic community partnership with the local fire department. Drove foot traffic and customer excitement through complimentary beverages, exclusive gifts for early arrivals, and enticing prize giveaways throughout the day, all of which I independently sourced and planned.

Successfully cultivated a buzz around the new location, resulting in a record-breaking $20,000+ in revenue for a grand opening weekend.
