Recruitment Efforts

To assist the Marketing Department in recruiting more employees, I interviewed five bus drivers, filmed B-roll footage, and edited and produced two recruitment videos using Premiere Pro. The first video garnered 633 views, resulting in three driver hires within a week of its release. The second video achieved an impressive 1.7k views, setting a new all-time high for Mountain Line Transit Authority. My time at Mountain Line Transit Authority allowed me to acquire additional skills and knowledge, enabling me to create valuable content for the company.
